Top Albums of 2008

Because I didn’t have this blog at the end of last year, I thought I’d post a list of my favorite albums of 2008. I would probably rearrange the order and swap some out with other albums now, but I’ll post them as I did at the end of December.

  2. The Crystal Castles album was utterly fantastic. I found myself really disappointed with the new Portishead, though. Mostly that machine gun nonsense. I want trippy beats and Beth Gibbons’ voice.

  3. Thanks for the comment! Any fav albums of 2009?

  4. Oh my…it’s been a really great year for music! Mike Doughty – Sad Man Happy Man is awesome.

Oooooh! The Decemberists – Hazards of Love. That’s the money right there. And Phoenix – Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix.
